Rental Terms & Delivery Options

  • Nonrefundable, standard, and mandatory

    10% of Goods Total before any additional fees

    Covers cost of repairs and maintenance associated with normal wear and tear of equipment during rental

    Does not cover aggregious mistreatment of our equipment or loss of items

  • Available for small orders by appointment only. Request this option when requesting quote.

  • $100 Flat Rate** for any delivery located within 10 miles of our warehouse in Rolesville, NC

    Includes both delivery before event and pickup after event

    Renter does not need to be present during drop-off, as long as we have clear drop-off instructions for where to stack everything outside.

    **For small orders or very close deliveries, a smaller delivery fee can be negotiated. Contact us to get an exact delivery rate for your event.

  • Additional delivery fees apply for the following scenarios and will be dependent on size of order, distance from warehouse, and complexity of delivery:

    Event location greater than 10 miles from warehouse in Rolesville, NC will be subject to a standard mileage rate for each additional mile past flat rate zone.

    Event location greater than 20 miles from warehouse in Rolesville, NC will be subject to a long distance mileage rate for each additional mile past flat rate zone.

    Time-sensitive deliveries require us to prioritize your order in our delivery itinerary for that day and are therefore subject to extra fees.

    Late evening delivery (if your venue requires late hours pickup or setup)

    Delivery location has obstacles/stairs or significant distance from parked truck

  • We make every effort to deliver and pick up items within 24hr of event., and always at least 2 hours before the event.

    Drop-offs

    We will give you our delivery availability for the weekend of your event when you request a quote.

    If you need the items delivered at a specific time instead, we can prioritize this delivery time for an additional fee. Additional fees also apply for late evening drop offs.

    Customer Pickups

    We are available 10am-8pm, 7 days a week. We let customer keep our items from Friday through Monday, or pick up/return any day in between for weekend orders. For weekday orders, let us know your event date and we can agree on a plan together.

  • Equipment can be set up and/or broken down for you for an additional fee. The amount will depend on size of order, complexity of delivery, time required for our team.

  • We are currently accepting credit/debit cards (no cash or checks), apple pay, link pay, google pay, and cashapp, all via our online payment link that we email you when you book our items.

    We have even taken cashapp or zelle payments upon pickup!

    A 50% nonrefundable deposit will be due upon contract signing in order to book your event and reserve your items.

    The remaining 50% balance is due 7 days before your event.

    Partial refunds are available due to cancellation or weather after balance is paid. The 50% deposit is nonrefundable.

  • We have 3 options for requesting a quote, so you can communicate with us as formally or informally as you’d like!

    We will communicate back via whichever method you contact us with, but we will always send the quote, contract, and payment link via e-mail.

    Rest assured you will always be communicating with one of our team members, and never an automated messaging system!

    You can either fill out our ‘Request Quote’ form on our website with a description of the items you’d like, or send us an e-mail directly at trianglepartypeople@gmail.com. Either way we will e-mail you back a quote at our earliest convenience for your review. You can always respond with any questions you have about the process. Once you’re ready, we will email you a rental agreement and payment link for the deposit!

Once we help you decide what fits you best, we can give you a quick quote right over the phone! We will also follow up via e-mail where we will send the payment link and contract.

    Similar to the phone call process, but can be very informal and at your convenience. We can text back and forth with any questions and send you a quote via text, but we will always follow up via e-mail with a payment link and contract.
