Our Rental Process
At TRIANGLE PARTY PEOPLE, we understand how daunting the event planning process can be. The tables and chairs you rent should be the least stressful item on your checklist! So we’ve simplified our equipment rental process and outlined it here so you’ll know exactly what to expect when booking with us.

You’ll still be able to chat and ask questions before anything is finalized.
We will respond with an itemized quote.
If you decide to move forward, we will send a rental agreement and an invoice for 50% deposit that can be paid securely online.
The remaining 50% balance is due 7 days before your event.
Enjoy your event!
Your equipment will either be delivered or available for pickup at the agreed upon date/time. Everything is inspected and cleaned before delivery.
